Our shipping partner is DHL who are recognised as one of the leading freight companies in the world. Details of the services we use are shown below. We endeavour to despatch any orders received by 5pm the same day regardless of destination ( some exclusions apply depending on size of consignment) Once your order is packed, we advise you of the final value of the invoice at which point you will be asked for payment and once received the parcel will be despatched. You will be provided an airway bill number so you can track the progress of the consignment. Please note that as a security measure, your order with us must be delivered to the credit card holders registered address if details are given by phone. If you you use our online payment system an alternative delivery address can be delivered to. DHL ECONOMY SELECT

Day certain door-to-door deliveries by Road to 36 European countries. Typical transit times of 2–4 days to main European cities.

DHL ECONOMY SELECT is a day definite door-to-door Express service, offering reliable, cost effective, and convenient business to business delivery of single parcels, multi-parcel shipments, and pallets across Europe. Use DHL ECONOMY SELECT for weights up to 1,000 kg per piece or 2,500 kg per shipment.

UK and Foreign Taxes

UK VAT will be charged on all orders delivered within the UK without exception.

If you are ordering goods to be delivered within the UK which will be subsequently exported outside of the UK then we can no longer provide a VAT407 form to claim the UK VAT back.

Unfortunately, post-Brexit there is now no way of claiming UK VAT back if goods are delivered within the UK. We therefore suggest that if you are delivering goods to the UK to be exported afterwards, you select to export the goods directly, avoiding UK VAT.

Excluding UK VAT, Maranello Classic Parts do not charge duties or taxes for any goods being delivered outside of the UK unless otherwise specified.

Import duty and taxes will be charged by the courier delivering your goods and it is your responsibility to understand and pay any duties, taxes or charges which may be levied in your country when importing goods.

Volumetric Weight

Sometimes you need to send large packages that use up a lot of space but weigh very little – a small but valuable item surrounded by lots of protective packaging, for example. In this instance, we need to work out the cost of your package using volumetric weight. The steps we follow to see if your package needs to be charged at volumetric weight rather than actual weight.

DHL Express has significant experience in carrying approved Dangerous Goods.

DHL is an established carrier of Dangerous Goods and as a leading transportation and logistics company, DHL Express adheres to the following regulations: IATA for air transport, applicable within all countries which work under the ICAO regulations and any airline under the IATA regulations. ADR for road transport, applicable within all countries that have adopted the ADR convention in their legislation and additionally within Europe, the EU directives concerning the transport of Dangerous Goods.

Track & Trace

For your convenience, DHL offer several methods of tracking a shipment. Each shipment we despatch carries a waybill number, you will find this number on your invoice and email despatch notification or we can give it to you as it’s at the top of the waybill along with the barcode which we keep as the sender’s copy. Track a shipment by Text Message

Track the progress of single shipments using the text messaging (SMS) service on your GSM mobile phone. It's as simple as sending any other text message. Select "Send SMS" from the mobile phone menu, key in your airwaybill number (you may need to hold down the '#' key to switch between alphabetical and numerical symbols) and send the message to the worldwide DHL SMS Tracking phone number +44 7720 33 44 55 (DD HH LL on the telephone keypad).A response will be returned, usually in less than 60 seconds, with the latest status of your shipment.

It is important that a collection date is agreed so that goods can be prepared and packed as necessary before customer arrival. We can take no responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have left the premises.

We are unable to allow collection of goods paid for using the online payment facility.Payment will be made at point of collection and for the security of us and our customers, proof of identity may be required.

Personal Courier / Alternative Shipper

For customers holding an account with a shipping provider or courier other than our prefered shipping partner. We are happy to facilitate an alternative courier provided that a valid account number is provided at the time of payment. It is the policy of Maranello not to release purchased goods to couriers unless we have wriiten instruction from you. You will be responsible for arranging any insurance cover.")
